FOOD MANUFACTURERS: a rare opportunity to receive MATCH FUNDING (i.e. half) of the cost of Level 3 and Level 4 Food Safety courses!!
This offer is being made by our friends at Food East, the body promoting the food industry from production to service, in East Anglia.
- Applies to companies with 250 employees or less
- Funding is available up to a maximum of £2500 per employer, but.....
- .....if you're part of a larger group, that limit applies to the larger group.
- You must apply for funding before the training, get it approved, and claim the money back after the training has been delivered.

| Level 4; | for managers, again either catering or manufacturing version available. This increases knowledge a little beyond Level 3, but majors on HACCP and the management of food safety. If you want to train on Level 2,this is the minimum technical qualification the CIEH will accept |
