About us
The RedCat Partnership is Sarah Daniels and Richard Mills.
Sarah Daniels and Richard Mills each have over 20 years experience in these fields of work. Their route into The RedCat Partnership is through the world of environmental health; both are Chartered Environmental Health Practitioners. This enforcement experience gives them a wide understanding of the variety and diversity of business sectors, business needs, organisational cultures, etc.
Sarah says, “We hold our business values very highly, but most importantly we focus on what the customer wants. Health and safety is about protecting people, not generating paperwork.”
As trainers, we have extensive breadth and depth of experience. According to Richard, “the pinnacle of our training experience is probably the management and delivery of the Degree in Environmental Health programme and Norwich City College. To see students graduate and develop successful careers is immensley satisfying.”
We are members of the following professional bodies; this means we are obliged to keep up to date through “Continuing Professional Development” schemes. We invest quite significantly in our professional and personal development
