Cancellation Policy
This policy refers to training to be provided by The RedCat Partnership once a booking form, or other written notification of your intention to attend a course has been received by us. In making a booking you, the client, agrees to honour the terms and conditions of this Policy.
- Cancellation of Accepted Booking; More Than Four Weeks Prior To the Course Date. The Client shall remain liable to pay The RedCat Partnership one quarter of the full agreed course fee plus VAT.
- Cancellation of Accepted Booking; Less Than Four Weeks Prior To the Course date, But More Than Two Weeks Prior To the Course date. The Client shall remain liable to pay The RedCat Partnership one half of the full agreed course fee plus VAT.
- Cancellation of Accepted Booking; Two Weeks Prior To The Course Date Or Less. The client shall remain liable to pay The RedCat Partnership the full agreed course fee plus VAT
- Substitutions are available at any time
- if you wish to be moved to another date we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £35 plus Vat (£41.13)
