What's Included?

Refreshments; all tea/coffee/water, and a light lunch. Car parking is available nearby (further info provided with joining instructions).

All course material, including a reference book and all the first aid materials you will need to practice with. We use fresh supplies (dressings, etc) for every course, in the interests of personal hygiene and infection control, as required by the CIEH and HSE.

All exam fees as levied by the accrediting organisation (the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Officers).

Booking Policy

Full payment is required in advance of the course start date. Once payment is received, you will be provided with course joining instructions, course material, etc.

We are happy to accept "provisional" bookings, or "reservations" without payment, but we can't guarantee the place until full payment is made.

We subscribe to the CIEH Trainers Charter and the provision of quality training. The Charter places ogligations on the learner, too; please make sure delegates have read and understood this! Trainers' Charter

Cancellation Policy

This policy refers to training to be provided by The RedCat Partnership once a booking form, or other written notification of your intention to attend a course has been received by us. In making a booking you, the client, agrees to honour the terms and conditions of this Policy.

1. Cancellation of Accepted Booking; More Than Four Weeks Prior To the Course Date. The Client shall remain liable to pay The RedCat Partnership one quarter of the full agreed course fee plus VAT.
2. Cancellation of Accepted Booking; Less Than Four Weeks Prior To the Course date, But More Than Two Weeks Prior To the Course date. The Client shall remain liable to pay The RedCat Partnership one half of the full agreed course fee plus VAT.
3. Cancellation of Accepted Booking; Two Weeks Prior To The Course Date Or Less. The client shall remain liable to pay The RedCat Partnership the full agreed course fee plus VAT
4. Substitutions are available at any time
5. if you wish to be moved to another date we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £35 plus Vat (£40.25)
