What's Included?

Refreshments; all tea/coffee/water, and a light sit-down lunch for whole day courses (other than at Great Yarmouth). Car parking is available nearby (further info provided with joining instructions). Broadland Council; car parking available on site.

All course material, although this will vary from course to course. All courses include a reference book. Level 3 and above include a ring binder for keeping your notes in one place. Level 4 includes reference material on DVD, so you'll need PC access for this.

All exam fees as levied by the accrediting organisation

Booking Policy (NOT APPLICABLE TO BROADLAND COUNCIL AND GREAT YARMOUTH COUNCIL COURSES: PLEASE CONTACT THE COUNCIL FOR THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS)

Full payment is required in advance of the course start date. Once payment is received, you will be provided with course joining instructions, course material, etc.

We are happy to accept "provisional" bookings, or "reservations" without payment, but we can't guarantee the place until full payment is made.

Cancellation Policy

This policy refers to training to be provided by The RedCat Partnership once a booking form, or other written notification of your intention to attend a course has been received by us. In making a booking you, the client, agrees to honour the terms and conditions of this Policy.

  1. Cancellation of Accepted Booking; More Than Four Weeks Prior To the Course Date. The Client shall remain liable to pay The RedCat Partnership one quarter of the full agreed course fee plus VAT.
  2. Cancellation of Accepted Booking; Less Than Four Weeks Prior To the Course date, But More Than Two Weeks Prior To the Course date. The Client shall remain liable to pay The RedCat Partnership one half of the full agreed course fee plus VAT.
  3. Cancellation of Accepted Booking; Two Weeks Prior To The Course Date Or Less. The client shall remain liable to pay The RedCat Partnership the full agreed course fee plus VAT
  4. Substitutions are available at any time
  5. if you wish to be moved to another date we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £35 plus Vat (£40.25)
