HACCP is a recognised way of looking at the process of food production, identifying all the places that things could go wrong and making sure they don’t.   The risks and remedies will be very different between, say farmers, food manufacturers and restaurants but they must all be the subject of a documented system in which adequate records are kept.

We have seen every type of business.  We can help you identify the hazards, put the right system in place, create the documentation and set up the essential record keeping.  This can be a great deal quicker than doing it yourself, particularly if you are doing it for the first time.  You can also face inspections with confidence if you have a robust system developed by people who know what they are doing.
