Food Safety; what training do you want, or need, to provide for you and your staff?

We can deliver the following “industry standard” courses, but if you can’t find what you want, we can create the right training programme for you.

A training diary of “open” courses is always available, where you can book as many places as you need. OR.... we are happy to come to you, if you have enough people.

RedCat designed courses;

Each is a 1-day RedCat course. If you've completed either Level 3 or 4 in the past and want to brush up, this is the course for you. Interactive; with quizzes, activities, games, etc, to bring it all flooding back. remember, the CIEH recommend refreshing all their qualifications every 3 years.

For caterers and chefs, to update you on the latest issues and equip you to cater for customers with special requirements.See here for more info, and our training diary for when we announce next dates.

Qualifications; We can deliver qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH).
