How To Deliver Level 2 Food Safety courses....A New Course form RedCat
You have successfully taken the Advanced or Level 4 Course in Managing Food Safety in Catering and have a training qualification (the Professional Trainers Certificate for example) and you want to deliver the Level 2 Course in house or as a CIEH Accredited centre – but don’t know quite where to start?
We have the answer;
We have designed a one day workshop to
- run through the process of applying to the CIEH
- work systematically through the trainers materials
- develop your own pitch on the course to suit your workplace or situation
- enable you to try out creative training techniques and activities to make your training more effective
- build your confidence and knowledge
- think through some of the awkward questions you may get asked
- and practice and learn with the other delegates in a safe environment
This full day workshop starts at 9.30 am on July 2nd in Norwich
The course tutor is Sarah Daniels, a Chartered Environmental Health practitioner and founder of the RedCat Partnership. The cost per delegate is £135.00 including Vat.
